Participants learn how to analyze typical business challenges; develop a series of solutions; and articulate those solutions in written, oral, and presentation form.

Learn about the different types of teams and how to function effectively within even the most challenging of them. An emphasis on practical activities and a “learn by doing” approach gives participants a solid understanding of important team dynamics skills, as well as techniques for applying those skills to real-world situations.

Learn how to categorize negotiations by type and develop a thorough negotiation strategy and plan. Based on real-world case studies and well-known academic treatments, this workshop teaches participants useful techniques for both integrative and distributive negotiations.

Gain the skills you need to develop successful business plans, strategies, and tactics at the individual, group, or companywide levels. Over the course of two days, participants will create a business plan from start to finish and learn best practices for implementing it.
