Workshop Description: Learn about different types of teams and how to function effectively within even the most challenging of them. An emphasis on practical activities and a “learn by doing” approach gives participants a solid understanding of important team dynamics skills as well as techniques for applying those skills to real-world situations.

8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
Why It’s Important: The ability to work cooperatively with others is arguably the most important success factor for any organization. Having the proper understanding of team dynamics and how to be an effective and successful team member or team leader are critical skills for personnel at all levels of business.
Who Should Attend: Anyone who leads or works on/with a team. Attendees can be team leaders or potential future team leaders, as well as individual contributors who now participate in teams. This workshop is scalable from small to very large teams, and the concepts covered are applicable to virtually any industry at a variety of levels.

About the Instructor: Dana Waldman is a proven and widely respected Silicon Valley leader and founder and CEO of Waldman & Associates. He has built companies from scratch to over $1 billion and provided visionary leadership to teams and businesses for over 25 years. He is an Adjunct Faculty member at Golden Gate University.
